When you are sick or injured, you can trust in the medical professionals at WiseCare Urgent Care. Our Pasadena and Millersville urgent care centers offer healthcare services to patients of all ages and we treat a variety of ailments.
When you visit us, whether it is for an appointment or if you are a walk-in patient, please remember to bring the following:
Valid state or federal government issued photo identification card
Driver’s license
Passport
Current valid insurance card
Credit card or cash (if you have a co-payment or deductible)
A vaccination record may also be required for pediatric patients.
